Got oily or contaminated water to get rid of?
You're in the right place. Oily and contaminated wastewater is a fact of life at garages, car washes, workshops, forecourts and factories. It can't go down the drain, and handled badly it causes serious pollution.
Most of this waste comes from interceptors and gullies, which we can empty on a regular schedule. Sites that need to test what they discharge may also need a sampling pit.
We do this work across Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and London, with tankers and engineers in each area most days.
We collect oily water and contaminated liquids by tanker and take them to authorised facilities for treatment or recycling, with all the paperwork you need to show it was done properly.
We plan regular collections around your site, and respond to urgent jobs and spills around the clock.

If your business produces waste, you have a duty of care to handle it safely and make sure it's passed to someone authorised to take it, to a site that's allowed to accept it.
Waste oils, other than cooking oils, are classed as hazardous waste. That means stricter rules: it must be identified properly, stored safely, kept separate from other waste, and moved with the right paperwork.
We'll help you get it right: we classify the waste with you, collect it, and give you the documents that prove where it went.

Oily waste FAQs
What types of oily and contaminated waste do you collect?
We collect liquid wastes by tanker, including oil interceptor contents, oily wash water from car washes and workshops, oily water and sludge from sumps and tanks, and water contaminated by spills or processes. Tell us what you have and we'll confirm we can take it.
What are the rules for getting rid of oily waste?
Waste oils, other than cooking oils, are hazardous waste. You must classify the waste, store it safely, keep it separate from other waste and use an authorised carrier to take it to an authorised site. In England, hazardous waste must travel with a consignment note, and you must keep your copies.
How does your oily waste removal service work?
We start by understanding and classifying the waste, then collect it safely and take it to an authorised facility for treatment or recycling. You get full documentation for your records.
How quickly can you respond to a spill?
We're available 24/7 and will get to you as quickly as we can. If you have a spill, try to stop it spreading and keep it out of drains and watercourses if it's safe to do so, then call us on 03333 233577. For a serious pollution incident, you should also call the Environment Agency's incident hotline on 0800 80 70 60.
